Jackie Chan offered the main villain role in the upcoming Rush Hour 3 movie to his good friend Steven Seagal. Seagal which for years has been making DTV (direct to video) pictures probably blew his one time shot of acutally doing another big budget motion picture. Who know why but this guy must be stupid!
Rush Hour 3 will star Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan as the first two it is set to release in 2007.
