Synopsis: A attractive black entertainer's car (played by Leslie Uggams)from up north breaks down in a small Southern town while on vacation. While there she stays at a motel run by a faded starlet and her boy toy country singer, who has illicit designs on her. Tragedy, of course, ensues when his attentions towards the entertainer is not returned and he forces himself on her. The entire town ends up siding with our brute fellow, including a oddly cast Slim Pickens as the Sheriff. This all culminates in a bizarre wedding with extremely tragic results for poor, pretty, Eddy.
